Ticketing Policy

Subscriber Discount
All subscribers will receive a 15% discount on all eligible performances. After purchasing a subscription, subscribers may continue to receive a 15% discount on all eligible shows for the remainder of the season. 

Student Rush Discount
Any student with a valid student I.D. may purchase one (1) ticket on the day of a performance for $15 and receive the best available tickets for the performance. Students must present their student I.D. at the box office window at the performance to purchase tickets (transaction cannot be completed over the phone or through the Onstage Ogden website).

Combining Discounts
Multiple discounts or offers can not be combined to achieve a greater discount. Only the single  largest applicable discount is permitted for any one transaction.

Age Ranges for Tickets
Adults: age 18 and over
Youth: age 17 and under
Students: any age with valid student ID

Children
All attendees must have their own ticket to the concert, regardless of age. Children under the age of 8 may be prohibited from certain performances. Disruptive audience members may be asked to leave the performance space.

Family Show (i.e. Peter & the Wolf, The Nutcracker, Peking Acrobats, Cirque Mechanics, etc.): These family-friendly performances are open to audience members of all ages. Children of all ages must have a ticket for admission. No children will be allowed to sit in their parent’s arms without a ticket.

All-ages or Adult Shows (i.e. Masterworks, Pops in Ogden, The Monarch, Postmodern Jukebox, etc.): 

Individuals ages eight and older are welcome at these performances. Parents should ensure their children are able to sit quietly through the performance without disturbing others around them. Children of all ages must have a ticket for admission.

Refunds & Exchanges

Onstage Ogden does not offer refunds except in the case of cancellation or reschedule by the organization, venue, or artist. Generally, Onstage Ogden does not offer ticket exchanges. However current subscribers may exchange their tickets beginning when individual performances have gone on sale to the general public until 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event. Prior to a performance, you may also donate your ticket for a tax deduction.

Accessibility

All Onstage Ogden performance venues are accessible to people with disabilities and offer wheelchair seating. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are reserved for the exclusive use of individuals with disabilities and their guests.  These seats can be purchased at all points of sale – at the ticket window, by telephone, and online. When purchasing a wheelchair space, you acknowledge that you or a member of your party requires accessible seating.

Late Arrivals

Patrons arriving at the theater entrance after the beginning of the performance will be seated at convenient intervals determined by the house or stage manager.

Ticketing Fees

Individual tickets incur a fee of 7% of the tickets price, including any venue and shipping fees. 

Subscription orders incur a flat $10 fee at time of purchase in lieu of the standard 7% ticketing fee.  Tickets purchased outside of the subscription purchase transaction will incur the standard ticketing fee of 7%.

Shipping Fee (for tickets delivered by mail) – $1.50 per transaction

Peery’s Egyptian Theater Facility Fee – $1.50 per ticket

Ticket prices are determined by a number of factors including venue, location in the auditorium, and availability. Ticket prices are subject to change.
