La Vida Loca: Latin Pop Hits

Get On Your Feet

🗓️ Thursday, April 16, at 7:30PM
📍 Browning Center at WSU

The Utah Symphony presents La Vida Loca, featuring the Latin pop songs you know by heart. From “Livin’ La Vida Loca” to “Smooth,” these are the hits that ruled the ’90s and ’00s—now reimagined with full symphonic power at the Browning Center.

The Songs You’ll Hear at Utah Symphony La Vida Loca

Sing along to Ricky Martin’s irresistible “Livin’ La Vida Loca.” Feel the sultry groove of Santana’s “Smooth.” Get on your feet with Gloria Estefan. Experience Enrique Iglesias’s biggest hits. These are the songs that defined a generation—the ones you still sing in the car, the ones that instantly transport you back. Utah Symphony La Vida Loca takes these familiar favorites and transforms them with all-new symphonic arrangements, adding depth, power, and a whole new dimension to the music you already love.

World-Class Guest Artists

The Utah Symphony is joined by world-renowned vocalists Ender Thomas and Jackie Mendez, whose credits include touring with Ricky Martin, JLo, and Alejandro Sanz. Trumpet virtuoso JosĂ© Sibaja—who played on Ricky Martin’s original Vuelve and Living la Vida Loca tours—brings authenticity and star power. Master percussionist Luisito Quintero, with over 60 Grammy Awards to his name, adds rhythm and soul. Conductor Enrico Lopez-Yañez leads the evening with fresh symphonic arrangements that honor the originals while elevating them to something bigger.

Whether you’re a longtime symphony subscriber discovering these songs in a new way, or a Latin pop fan experiencing the Utah Symphony for the first time, La Vida Loca delivers. Thursday, April 16 at 7:30pm. Browning Center at Weber State University.
