COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates

Thank you so much for your patience and support during these unprecedented times. We have been coordinating with Utah Symphony to come up with solutions for how to best proceed with our Fall 2020 concerts. Utah Symphony has the incredibly complicated task of not only considering audience safety but also the safety of their musicians. For months they have been brainstorming with the American Federation of Musicians, and those conversations are still happening.

As of now, our September 17 Masterworks Series concert is postponed. No decision has been made regarding the November 5 Entertainment Series concert.

Utah Symphony has released their safety guidelines for upcoming performances:

• Limited capacity in each performance venue (approximately 15% of normal capacity
• Shorter performance length and no intermission
• Six-foot social distanced seating between household
• Face coverings required for all patrons and staff while inside our venues. This includes inside the lobby and throughout the duration of the performance
• Hand sanitizing stations available in the lobbies
• Zero-contact ticket scanning

If you have a subscription to the Masterworks Series and/or the Entertainment Series, your patience is appreciated. Concert details will be shared as they are received. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Our Box Office is open with limited hours MONDAY through THURSDAY, 10:00am-2:00pm. There will be special protocol should you need to visit us in person. There will be instructions on the door, and we will limit the amount of people in the lobby. We strongly encourage you to wear a face mask if you come by. If you do not have one, a disposable one will be provided.

The best way to be in touch is still by phone at 801-399-9214 or by email at

As a presenter, we are sensitive to all of these variables and unfortunately we have a few additional cancellations to report for 20-21 at this time:

September 5, 2020 – Ballet West II’s Snow White. (This will be rescheduled to March of 2021, however the program will change to Family Classics: Cinderella (a shorter, family friendly performance – not the full-length Cinderella performed by Ballet West)

November 27 & 28, 2020 – Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker
